We set up an introduction meeting to provide potential clients with the opportunity to share with us their plans and ideas for their project. During this time, we can examine the plans, needs, and the budget, so we can provide an estimate on the project. Once the estimate is completed, we can meet again to discuss construction start time and terms of the contract.
During this time, the clients can begin the selection process of materials needed to bring the project to reality. This is also a crucial part of keeping the project on schedule. Clients will make selections such as roofing materials, windows, doors, paint colors, and all finishes for the project. While this process is taking place, we will be in the background obtaining permits, etc.
During this process, you will see your project turn into reality. We will work closely during each step of the construction phase to ensure that all details are carried out to your specifications. The construction phase includes but is not limited to:
